Where do you ship?

We can ship orders anywhere in the 48 landlocked states.  Please order from our “Order Online” pages.  When you click on “add to cart”, you will be directed to our secure payment site, PayPal.  You will not need a PayPal account, just a credit card.  We will receive your order and you will receive confirmation of your order from PayPal.  We will send tracking information after your order is shipped.    

 

Can I pick up an order at Texas Worm Ranch?

Yes, but it will always be best to email and give us time to get your order ready.  Worms and Worm Wine may not be available to a walk in customer.

Do you need an appointment?

Yes, if purchasing worms or Worm Wine (TM).  Worms have to be harvested from the safety of their habitat which takes considerable time.  Worm Wine takes a 2 day brewing process.  We usually have castings available for walk in orders less than 100 lbs, but an appointment makes sure we have it packaged and ready for your convenience.  Please email us at:  [email protected]

 

What are your retail hours?

Much of our business is bulk and shipping orders.  In order to fulfill those needs, we have limited retail store hours. Sometimes, with staff availability, we can meet you by appointment outside those hours.

Our retail hours are:  Tues-Friday from 10-2 and Saturday from 10-Noon.

What is the best way to contact you?

We are a small owner/operator business.  Our building and gardens can be loud and we have to completely shut down production to take calls.  Our best way to give you wonderful customer service is through email.  We appreciate being able to see your questions and order needs and investigate the best answers before responding, and we love being able to refer directly back to your email to get your correct order prepped for the correct appointment time.  We find written communication helps us get it right for you.  Please email us at:  [email protected]
